This Privacy Policy describes how MONI-HR ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Moni HR mobile application (the "App"). The App is provided to employees at the direction of their employer for workforce scheduling, attendance, and related HR operations.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information provided by your employer (name, email, employee ID, store, role).
- Work data: schedules, attendance requests, approvals, and clock punch records.
- Location (GPS) when you use clock-in/out to verify geofence attendance. Not used for ads or continuous background tracking.
- Device type and device identifier for punch integrity and security.
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- Provide scheduling, attendance, and punch features.
- Share workforce data with your employer and authorized managers.
- Protect against fraud and maintain service reliability.
- Comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
- Your employer (data controller for HR data).
- Infrastructure and support providers under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law.
Your choices

Security & retention
We use HTTPS, access controls, and other safeguards appropriate to a workforce platform. Data is retained while your employer maintains the service and as required by law.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy and post revisions at this URL with a new effective date.
